The assistant general manager partners with the General Manager and Area Leader to carry out store action plans, develop team members, and support financial results. By overseeing daily operations, service, food quality, staffing, inventory, and cost controls, the role helps the restaurant meet performance goals and deliver a strong guest experience.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and opening and closing procedures
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, financial reports, and record keeping
• oversee food safety practices and training
• maintain operational records
• support reports, action plans, and special projects.
