The Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation role is an onsite, full-time position in Des Plaines, IL. The target salary range is $220,000–$230,000 per year, plus bonus. The role supports Culligan Dealer North America’s business unit leadership in strategy, growth, transformation, and artificial intelligence initiatives. The position translates business strategy into measurable plans and leads value-creation and operational-efficiency initiatives. It also defines the business unit’s AI roadmap and governance, supports leadership-team effectiveness, and helps embed strategic priorities into operating and financial processes.

What you'll do

• Develop and operationalize business-unit strategy, long-range plans, and value-creation initiatives. Identify growth and efficiency opportunities, align initiatives with budgets and measurable targets, and coordinate strategy deployment and performance reviews. Define AI use cases, roadmap, governance, ROI measures, and capability-building efforts
• support AI-enabled process transformation
• and drive leadership-team priorities and operating cadence.
