Cabinetry Installer

Job overview

The Cabinetry Installer role is onsite at customer homes in Smyrna, TN, with a four-day schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; occasional overtime may occur. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage provides customized home organization and garage storage solutions. The installer completes cabinetry and storage installations to company quality standards. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by preparing and installing products carefully, coordinating with customers and designers, and completing work safely and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Install closets and storage solutions in homes, including garage flooring and cabinetry
• perform demolition, subfloor preparation, installation, sanding, finishing, and trim work as needed
• maintain tools and a safe work area
• review project scope and files
• communicate with customers and designers
• resolve field issues and attend training.
