What you'll do

• Make delinquent-customer telephone calls and report activity
• adjust past-due payments for current slow customers
• assist with calls, payment posting, loan applications, loan data entry, and refinance and delinquency mail
• prepare weekly and monthly reports
• maintain delinquency reports
• provide credit experience to inquiring creditors
• support branch standards and goals
• make deposits when assigned
• sell offered products and services.
