The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Tolland, CT, with stated pay of $20.06 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments
• maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping and laundry
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• use mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts with proper techniques
• document activities, observations, and incidents
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
• implement individualized care plans.
