What you'll do

• Serve as an expert on commercial health plan payment integrity operations and SIU functions
• develop documentation, use cases, and enablement materials
• partner with product and engineering
• support sales discovery, demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses
• stay current on fraud trends, best practices, HIPAA requirements, and regulatory changes
• support onboarding and implementation
• represent the company at industry events.
