The X-Ray Technologist role is onsite in Gastonia, NC, with pay of $27–$32 per hour. American Family Care provides walk-in primary and urgent care, including in-house X-ray capability. What you'll do

• Greet patients and explain imaging procedures
• position patients for imaging
• use radiation protection techniques
• process images and check identification and quality
• operate imaging equipment according to approved techniques and policies
• assist providers with prescribed treatments as needed
• maintain equipment and records
• serve as receptionist or medical assistant when needed within appropriate guidelines.
