Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

Job overview

The Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market role is hybrid, with three days per week expected at the Midtown Manhattan, New York City office, typically Tuesday through Thursday. The base salary range is $90,000–$105,000 per year, excluding variable compensation. HHAeXchange provides a technology platform for home and community-based care. The manager owns a portfolio of up to 80 customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, driving adoption, customer health, and value realization. The role supports retention and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, strategic reviews, data-informed planning, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• monitor customer health and mitigate risks
• lead business reviews and strategic discussions
• collaborate with Account Management on expansion opportunities
• communicate technical concepts and customer workflows
• use generative AI tools and prompt engineering
• relay customer feedback to Product
• use Gainsight, Salesforce, and customer analytics.
