Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Travel to assigned communities for maintenance coverage
• perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• inspect properties and recommend solutions
• assist with contracted projects
• purchase supplies and equipment as directed
• support departmental budgets
• maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
• assist with unit turns and move-in preparation
• attend required meetings, safety training, and professional development
• follow company policies and safety requirements.
