What you'll do

• Review, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation
• enter and maintain financial data in accounting software
• post and reconcile cash receipts and help resolve discrepancies
• maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks
• perform scanning, filing, and administrative duties
• maintain confidentiality when handling financial information. Requires 1–2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience, Microsoft Excel knowledge, and basic bookkeeping understanding.
