Licensed Primary Therapist — Mental Health PHP/IOP

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic intake assessments
• complete clinical documentation
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide weekly individual psychotherapy and facilitate PHP/IOP groups
• conduct ongoing and risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as indicated
• coordinate psychiatric care
• provide family therapy, education, and support
• communicate with referral sources when appropriate
• complete utilization reviews
• participate in team meetings
• coordinate discharge and continuity of care.
