What you'll do

• Lead multifunctional teams and build consensus on priorities
• prepare new business proposals and serve as customer interface during development
• review proposals and contracts for alignment with company policy and strategy
• prepare annual and five-year business plans covering product strategy, pricing, forecasts, and promotion
• support field sales at key accounts
• meet growth and operating-profit targets
• present business-unit results at quarterly corporate meetings.
