What you'll do

• Lead or support cloud ERP implementations for customers upgrading from on-premises software
• serve as a Tax module upgrade resource
• travel to customer sites for implementation, training, and go-live support
• guide customers through scheduling, expectations, and core processes
• diagnose customer concerns
• verify data and customizations
• configure ERP systems
• create documentation and training materials
• coordinate with project and implementation teams
• maintain project plans and status.
