Hospice Music Therapist / Volunteer Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide music therapy according to individualized plans of care
• assess and evaluate therapeutic status
• participate in care-plan development
• report patient reactions or changes to physicians
• instruct personnel and caregivers on relevant therapy goals
• prepare clinical and progress summaries
• consult with families and caregivers as appropriate
• participate in interdisciplinary and quality-improvement activities.
