Shift Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise Safety Monitors and ensure duties follow agency protocol
• conduct and document fire drills
• respond to and document incidents
• report child abuse to the state Central Registry
• accept referrals and conduct initial family intake
• oversee patrols and CCTV monitoring
• support shelter-rule compliance
• train Safety Monitors
• audit logs and incident reports
• schedule daily van use
• prepare end-of-shift reports
• oversee staff use of the CARES system.
