What you'll do

• Oversee HR activities for a regional group of operating companies
• lead company-wide projects as needed
• partner with the divisional vice president and operating company leaders
• coordinate with HR support functions
• lead change initiatives
• support talent acquisition, development, and retention
• assess workforce costs and capabilities
• deliver policy compliance, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee relations, and core HR operations.
