The Idaho Central Arena Security I position is onsite in Boise, ID, with a flexible event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled events. Event security personnel help maintain a safe, welcoming environment by monitoring crowds, screening guests, enforcing arena policies, and supporting secure entry and backstage operations. The role also assists with guest needs, incident response, and emergency procedures during events.

What you'll do

• Maintain a visible, welcoming presence
• conduct guest entry screenings and follow the Clear Bag Policy
• monitor crowd flow and high-traffic areas
• identify and communicate safety or guest-service concerns
• enforce arena policies
• collaborate with Guest Services, event staff, and management
• monitor restricted areas
• assist with emergency response, evacuation, and crowd control
• assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
