The role exists to drive sales growth and maintain account health by building strong customer relationships. It contributes to the company's goals by ensuring high-quality service, managing collections, and maintaining store standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Conduct early-stage collections.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete delivery and pickup routes.
• Provide white-glove customer service.
• Generate new rental agreements.
• Transport and install merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards.
