What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in building applications
• complete scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance and maintain records
• service small engines on forklifts and company cars
• perform tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and belt and hose replacements as needed
• coordinate with outside suppliers on major mechanical and electrical work
• follow OSHA lockout/tagout requirements and safety procedures
• provide safety guidance and enforcement.
