What you'll do

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
• clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
• make beds
• replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
• sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
• maintain positive relationships with guests and associates
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns and help resolve issues.
