The Program Project Manager, Inventory and Technology role is site-based and onsite in Martinsburg, WV, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus with a target of 20% of base salary. Data Center Storage & Logistics is establishing a warehouse to receive, store, and stage equipment for a data center build. The role owns inventory accuracy and the systems and reporting that provide the client with a reliable view of equipment, locations, status, and shipment timing. It supports site launch and operational excellence by maintaining inventory records, coordinating documentation, and communicating risks and updates to the client and internal team.

What you'll do

• Own inventory accuracy from receipt through outbound shipment
• set up and maintain WMS/IMS and equipment digital twin records
• lead receiving data capture with the Warehouse Lead
• run cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• maintain client dashboards and reporting
• track equipment schedules and flag risks
• prepare outbound shipping documentation
• coordinate records with handling partners, carriers, and manufacturers
• serve as day-to-day contact for inventory and data questions
• support billing accuracy and site launch
• improve data quality and inventory processes.
