What you'll do

• Reinforce a team culture of teamwork, trust, inclusion, respect, leadership, and sportsmanship
• manage and supervise practices and athletic events
• develop student-athletes' lacrosse abilities
• coordinate with coaching staff across teams
• work with the strength and conditioning coach
• support multi-sport athletes
• participate in parent meetings, senior night, and banquets
• attend coaching development meetings and clinics.
