What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage and examine patients
• gather patient history, presenting complaint, vital signs, and examination findings
• conduct diagnostic investigations such as ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• communicate diagnoses and options to clients
• prepare estimates
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform minor and major emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• educate clients on aftercare and prevention where appropriate.
