What you'll do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate technology licensing, SaaS, services, development, distribution, marketing, and partnering agreements
• advise on intellectual property and technology aspects of M&A and financing transactions, including diligence
• counsel clients on technology, data, and digital asset commercialization.
