What you'll do

• Enter purchase order receipts
• create labels and shipping documents
• resolve purchase order discrepancies with purchasing and receiving
• process parcel shipments
• generate bills of lading and packing lists
• schedule carrier pickups
• process shipments in the ERP system
• file paperwork and freight claims
• track shipments
• set up inventory locations
• perform cycle counts and order checks
• transfer and package stock
• assist with loading and unloading using forklifts or pallet jacks
• and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
