Maintenance Supervisor — The Sullivan Apartments

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and perform maintenance operations
• coordinate inspections, unit walks, move-ins and move-outs, and projects
• manage make-ready schedules and service requests
• train and coach staff
• respond to resident requests
• prepare vacant units
• conduct safety audits
• oversee preventive maintenance
• manage inventory and supplies
• coordinate vendors and quality control
• perform technician duties as needed.
