Residential Coordinator, Women’s Shelter

Job overview

The Residential Coordinator role is full-time and onsite in Denver, CO, paying $19.29–$20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for overnight work. Volunteers of America Colorado supports people experiencing homelessness and other community needs. At Irving Street Women’s Residence, the coordinator manages the facility during the shift and supports residents’ safety, housing stability, and access to services. The role coordinates with the Residential Case Manager and team, documents client interactions, and helps residents maintain or obtain housing.

What you'll do

• Coordinate supportive services and housing stability

• document client interactions and eligibility information
• maintain files and program data
• assist with emergency housing and relocations
• support facility upkeep, front desk duties, volunteers, and staff coverage.

Why this role
