What you'll do

• Set up, inspect, and adjust equipment
• operate lines, tanks, and processing equipment
• prepare mixes and conduct quality inspections
• transfer bulk dairy products and chemicals
• make yogurt mix and pasteurize it
• supply production lines
• perform clean-in-place and clean-out-of-place sanitation
• troubleshoot processing issues
• and take action to prevent food safety and quality problems.
