What you'll do

• Own executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
• develop enterprise account strategies across surgical workflows, pathology operations, and oncology care
• identify opportunities to integrate molecular profiling and precision oncology solutions into clinical pathways and institutional protocols
• lead quarterly business reviews
• analyze account and regional data
• align enterprise priorities with regional planning
• provide indirect leadership and mentorship to field roles
• own strategic initiatives including onboarding, program launches, workflow optimization, EMR integrations, and service improvements
• coordinate cross-functional execution
• define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• support complex deal strategy and account expansion
• serve as a senior escalation point.
