What you'll do

• Conduct mental and physical health assessments and implement individualized care plans
• administer medications and psychiatric treatments according to protocols and physician directives
• monitor residents’ conditions
• collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and direct support staff
• document care
• respond to crises and participate in de-escalation
• advocate for residents
• participate in training, safety drills, and quality improvement.
