The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Mill Valley, CA. Pay starts at $22.50 per hour. The role promotes independence through daily assistance, personal care, and community activities. It also supports social development, medication monitoring, medical appointments, and positive relationships with families and partner agencies.

What you'll do

• Assist people supported with daily tasks and personal care and hygiene, which may include bathing, continence care, or G-tube assistance. Support community integration and social skills through recreational activities
• monitor medication
• accompany people to medical appointments
• maintain relationships with parents and third-party agencies
• and participate in team and agency training.
