Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Perform assigned Dietary Department routines
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• meet meal and snack times
• follow long-term care regulations and department procedures
• clean assigned areas
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, and serve meals
• wash and store dishes
• prepare meals and beverages
• store and label stock
• record meals served and monitor food temperatures
• participate in menu planning as applicable.
