The Hospital Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role is onsite in Tulare, CA. Compensation is $400,000–$500,000 annually. The CFO leads financial strategy and oversees finance, revenue cycle, treasury, procurement, health information management, and related operations. The role partners with senior management and the Board on financial planning, capital needs, investments, and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management
• oversee finance, revenue cycle, patient accounting, managed care, materials management, and related functions
• evaluate service lines and business ventures
• manage cash, investments, and capital requirements
• develop financing strategies
• manage relationships with banks, lenders, bondholders, and rating agencies
• oversee external audits and financial controls
• present financial analysis and recommendations to executives and the Board
• support negotiations with insurers, health plans, employers, and other partners.
