The Certified Public Accountant role is onsite in Duluth, MN, with compensation of $30–$50 per hour. TMS Financial is seeking an experienced CPA to support business and individual tax, financial review, and accounting services. The CPA prepares and reviews tax filings, advises clients on tax strategy, reviews financial statements, and supports business accounting. The role also manages client relationships and provides ongoing financial and tax guidance throughout the year.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local business tax returns
• ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
• develop tax strategies
• advise clients on tax implications of business decisions
• review financial statements and accounting procedures
• provide cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting advice
• support business accounting and records
• serve as a primary client contact.
