This role exists to assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location, including inventory, labor management, and financial performance. The manager is responsible for building customer loyalty, mentoring and training the team, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.

• Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location.
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies.
• Mentor, lead, and train the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service center.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
