What you'll do

  • Research and document historical significance and provenance
  • receive and record acquisitions
  • assign accession numbers and maintain collection database records
  • photograph or scan artifacts
  • update the digital catalog
  • prepare condition reports
  • support audits, storage, and handling
  • collaborate with curators, restoration technicians, conservators, donors, and lenders.
