What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders
• accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands
• document and report changes in health or needs
• communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
