What you'll do

• Develop and execute financial strategy
• establish financial performance metrics

• oversee payroll, cash flow, audits, and compliance
• lead financial closings and reporting
• manage operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans
• maintain internal controls and reconciliations
• lead and develop the Finance department.
