What you'll do

• Lead estimating through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction drawing stages
• review drawings and specifications and perform quantity takeoffs
• communicate estimates
• conduct value engineering and cost studies
• prepare bidder instructions and trade contractor budgets
• reconcile estimates
• manage trade contractor communication
• collaborate on subcontractor procurement and GMP assembly
• support new-work pursuits
• and contribute to constructability, design management, site investigation, and early procurement.
