Senior Civil Estimator

The Senior Civil Estimator role is onsite in Corvallis, Oregon. Salary is $120,000–$140,000 per year. The estimator develops and submits project bids, then supports awarded work through contract administration, coordination with construction and field leadership, cost and schedule oversight, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

What you'll do

• Review plans and specifications
• perform quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates
• review subcontractor quotes and material prices
• close out bids and help prepare proposals
• visit project sites and attend pre-bid meetings
• submit bids and clarify submitted information
• administer awarded contracts
• coordinate project objectives, procedures, schedules, and performance requirements
• maintain quantity and work-value documentation
• support scheduling, procurement, and change orders
• monitor subcontractor work
• coordinate contract financial matters
• manage assigned projects
• ensure safety and environmental compliance.
