What you'll do

• Help organize and conduct recreational, social, and group activities
• encourage resident participation and provide individual engagement
• assist with events, games, crafts, and music
• prepare activity areas and supplies and clean up afterward
• assist residents to and from activities
• observe participation and report concerns
• maintain calendars and attendance records
• collaborate with nursing, Social Services, dietary, and other departments
• protect resident dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
