What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC plasma cutters, beam drill lines, and angle lines
• read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• move and secure steel using cranes and rigging equipment
• monitor machine performance and adjust settings
• check measurements and tolerances
• make basic programming edits
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• maintain a clean work area and follow OSHA and shop safety procedures.
