What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, controlled tooling environment
• lead, coach, and develop mold technicians
• oversee and prioritize mold repair and maintenance
• coordinate preventive maintenance with production and maintenance teams
• implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• maintain mold component and replacement-part inventory
• provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair support
• identify root causes and address recurring issues
• interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• manage supplier relationships
• collaborate across teams to support production goals and scheduling.
