What you'll do

• Advertise, recruit, screen, onboard, and place candidates
• fulfill client orders and support branch operations and customer service
• interview applicants and make hiring decisions
• administer pre-employment tests
• complete and review hiring paperwork
• conduct quality-control calls with clients and associates
• make outbound sales calls to market candidates
• communicate order status and client satisfaction
• counsel, discipline, or terminate temporary associates when appropriate
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
