What you'll do

• Support the innovation strategy and technology roadmap
• identify market trends, technologies, materials, and business opportunities
• coordinate cross-functional initiatives from idea generation through commercialization
• support product development, pilot programs, field trials, and market validation
• facilitate stage-gate processes and portfolio management
• build relationships with strategic partners
• evaluate licensing, alliances, acquisitions, and growth initiatives
• prepare business cases and financial analyses
• track and communicate project performance and outcomes
• represent Ergon at industry events.
