What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments within scope
• pass scheduled and as-needed medications and chart appropriately
• maintain and stock medication carts and the medication room
• record medication needs and secure narcotics according to protocol
• maintain confidential medication and care records
• report resident changes, adverse reactions, medication errors, and incidents
• take and record vital signs when qualified
• assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and light housekeeping
• communicate resident status to appropriate parties.
