What you'll do
- Provide construction services for projects as directed by the Director of Facilities
- operate and maintain construction equipment
- perform physical labor
- install and assemble structures and fixtures
- assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- follow safety regulations and maintain orderly work areas
- report faulty operations, defective materials, and project issues
