Senior Planner

What you'll do

• Identify target attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors
• use market research to uncover insights
• lead planning projects involving audience narratives, customer journeys, and positioning
• coordinate with Engagement, Media, Marketing Intelligence, and Social
• lead insight, positioning, and messaging workshops
• write creative briefs and lead briefings
• evaluate creative work through the target audience’s perspective
• guide Planners and Associate Planners
• lead planning on new-business pitches.
