Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Columbia, TN, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. The position supports daily operations at apartment communities and helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance work orders
• perform routine painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs
• complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• and document work and parts used.
