What you'll do

• Conduct pastoral visits across independent living and skilled nursing
• plan and lead weekly ecumenical worship, scripture studies, devotions, and seasonal observances
• provide prayer and grief counseling during medical declines, family transitions, and end-of-life care
• participate in care-plan conferences
• support grieving families and staff experiencing compassion fatigue.
